Where to Eat – Seattle: Le Pichet

Just around the corner from Pikes Place Market you’ll find this wonderful little French café, Le Pichet. When you walk through the doors you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped off the streets of Paris and into the most charming of places. The café specialized in French regional cuisine and wine. Le Pichet is the perfect place to slow your morning down or have a breakfast meeting, if in Seattle on business.

The name “Le Pichet” means “The Pitcher”, which is the ceramic vessel in which simple, traditional neighborhood restaurants in France serve wine. I recommend the Œufs plats, jambon et fromage, two eggs broiled with ham and gruyère, and a chocolate croissant.
